Fun & Fitness

Fun & FitnessAll the children in the nursery will be doing Fun & Fitness in the new term. I would like to encourage all the parents to pay £12.00 PER Month. For your child to participate in Fun & Fitness.
I urge all the parents to have your child participate in Fun & Fitness every Wednesday to help your child to develop physically and to help them with their concentration and attention span. The benefits of active movement will support and develop gross motor skills, improve cognitive development, and enhances bone and muscular strength to maintain a healthy weight. Also active play has a impact on learning, building social skills and bonding with other children and adults, it also teaches children how to cope with winning or loosing, teamwork, fair play, honesty, respect for themselves and others.
Fun & Fitness will take place EVERY WEDNESDAY between 10am to 2pm to give all the children an opportunity to participate.

DanceI urge all the parents to have your child participate in Dance every Friday to help your child to develop physically and to help them with their concentration and attention span. The benefits of dance, from an early age, has been shown to help with the development of body control. Co-ordination, balance and spatial awareness. It also helps to develop a range of gross motor movements and fine motor movements. Dance also helps children to communicate ideas, thoughtsand feelings in a non-verbal manner, as well as being for self-expression.
