DEAR PARENTS AND CARERS
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all the new parents and their children to Happy Hands Montessori nursery in this new SummerTerm. My staff and I would do our best to settle your children and make them feel comfortable as quickly as possible. As for all the other parents I would like to thank you for supporting me and my staff in the last term.

We would like to take this opportunity to mention to everyone about the promotion of healthy eating at Happy Hands.
We provide a healthy and balanced menu for children who eat nursery food, and kindly ask that if you provide your child with food for snacks/lunch/dinner, it is also healthy. Thank you.
It is really important that you provide us with a change of clothing (clearly labeled) for your child/children.
These will be kept securely in lockers provided in the nursery, also we ask for slippers/indoor shoes which will also be kept at nursery.

KIND REMINDER TO ALL THE PARENTS TO DRESS THEIR CHILDREN IN THE Nursery UNIFORM WHEN ATTENDING THE NURSERY.
• PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD HAS INDOOR SLIPPERS AND SPARE CLOTHES IN THE NURSERY.We would be giving the bag with the spare clothes on Friday to bring fresh clothes on Monday. Please write your child’s name on the clothes and the bag. Please provide a proper school bag with clothes rather than plastic bags.
• ALL PARENTS ARE KINDLY REMINDED TO SIGN IN AND OUT THE REGISTER WHEN PICKING/DROPPING THEIR CHILD FOR SAFEGUARDING PURPOSES.
• PLEASE ENSURE YOU PICK UP YOUR CHILD AT THE CORRECT TIME.
• Parents need to provide pillow and blanket for the children who has a sleep in the nursery.
It is vitally important that you drop off and collect your child at the agreed times. Children cannot be dropped off anytime and collected three hours later. We work on a staff:child ratio and have to plan for this in advance. Unless you have agreed a change of hours or additional hours with management then there will be a charge of £5 for every 10 minutes that you are late (at the managers’ discretion).
